If you are using your camera in auto mode, it may be choosing a shutter speed that is too low. (This was a definite problem with some earlier Sony models.

To actually work the programs you don’t have to do much, it’s very very simple. They contain guides with screenshots which take you through the unlock process step by step – so it’s totally safe if you’re not great with technology (and easy if you are).
